So rapt to be able to purchase these. Have made a greek 'split pea' fava bean dip and it works so much better than yellow split peas and tastes just like the dip I sampled in Greece! Interestingly, can find very little info on 'foulia' so am thinking these are dried broad beans (the Arabic word being 'foul')....

These are delicious - they taste nearly as good as the ones that my parents grow in their orchard. Even my 3 year old loves them. The bonus is that you eat less as you have to get them out of the shells!...

Way too many sultanas, a hand full of mixed nuts in 250gms sultanas, no way. Otherwise I must say it did taste lovely and fresh....
