Shipping

Products listed on 2brothersfoods.com are available to customers in Australia only.

 All orders will be delivered by Australia Post. 

All products will be packaged in tied / sealed bags, or in there original manufacturers packaging.

Orders will ordinarily be shipped next day. The exception to this will be if there is a wait required for the stock of an item on your order. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched.

Below is a schedule of expected delivery times and shipping costs from the point of dispatch broken down by postal area. As we ship via Australia Post these delivery times are to be used as a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed. You can get the cost of shipping estimated at any time by going into your shopping cart and clicking on the "estimate shipping" button.

Eastern States

Orders Over 20kg will be treated as multiple parcel orders and will be calculated at the rate below. For instance, a 30kg order to Melbourne will be charged at $20.90 ($11.95 + $8.95).

*In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered within 10-12 working days of being dispatched, please contact us so that we can carry out the appropriate followup. 

Returns

 

Customers must ensure they check that their shopping cart is correct before checking out. As no refunds will be given for products that have simply been mistakenly ordered.

All returns claims must be lodged via email to returns@2brothersfoods.com within 7 days of the customers receival of the order and must include the original invoice number correlating to the order in question. Return claims lodged outside this period will be honoured at the discretion of 2brothersfoods.com management.

After you have lodged your return claim, you will receive an email from 2brothersfoods.com management confirming the receipt of the claim and advising you that a return envelope will be sent out to you in which you can return the goods to 2brothersfoods.com.

A refund will be issued when the goods in question are received by 2brothersfoods.com.
