Shipping & Returns
Products listed on 2brothersfoods.com are available to customers in Australia only.
Where both services are available, you will be able to select either Couriers Please or Australia Post to deliver your order.
All products will be packaged in tied / sealed bags, or in there original manufacturers packaging.
Orders will ordinarily be shipped next day. The exception to this will be if there is a wait required for the stock of an item on your order. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched.
Below, are links to schedules of expected delivery times and shipping costs from the point of dispatch broken down by postal area. As we use third party companies for our deliveries these lead times are to be used as a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers must ensure they check that their shopping cart is correct before checking out. As no refunds will be given for products that have simply been mistakenly ordered.
All returns claims must be lodged via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the customers receival of the order and must include the original invoice number correlating to the order in question. Return claims lodged outside this period will be honoured at the discretion of 2brothersfoods.com management.
After you have lodged your return claim, you will receive an email from 2brothersfoods.com management confirming the receipt of the claim and advising you that a return envelope will be sent out to you in which you can return the goods to 2brothersfoods.com.
A refund will be issued when the goods in question are received by 2brothersfoods.com.
