Organic Panela (Rapadura) Sugar
I have been using this sugar in fruit puddings(ie. cranberry, cherry & almond; also pear, cranberry & walnut) that I make for dessert for my restaurant. I find that it has the same properties as brown sugar when used in cooking, but does not have the sickly sweetness. It allows the flavour of the fruits to come through beautifully!...

Carob Molasses (500g)
This molasses is delicious! I bought it on a whim because I'm not crazy about blackstrap (but it's a good sweetener in certain things and contains iron), and this is so much better! I love it. You don't need much to add a little sweetness and a ton of flavour. I recommend making a Middle Eastern dessert or mixing it with tahini!...
