Foulia - Split

So rapt to be able to purchase these. Have made a greek 'split pea' fava bean dip and it works so much better than yellow split peas and tastes just like the dip I sampled in Greece! Interestingly, can find very little info on 'foulia' so am thinking these are dried broad beans (the Arabic word being 'foul').
