Coconut Flour Organic

A generic image

This organic coconut flour is a staple ingredient in our house. It has a fine texture, smells divine and is great to cook with. Coconut flour is highly absorbent so you only need a small amount in comparison to general flour. I bake a lot of sweet treats and have used it as a general flour replacement in cakes and crusts. You can also use it to make breads. Coconut flour is a popular ingredient in many 'Paleo' diet recipes....

Organic Panela (Rapadura) Sugar

A generic image

I love panela as it is a healthy alternative to sugar for my young ones. The flavour is lovely and our whole family enjoys it. Also love the ability to buy bulk amounts as it is so much easier :)...
