Carob Molasses (500g)

This molasses is delicious! I bought it on a whim because I'm not crazy about blackstrap (but it's a good sweetener in certain things and contains iron), and this is so much better! I love it. You don't need much to add a little sweetness and a ton of flavour. I recommend making a Middle Eastern dessert or mixing it with tahini!
