Interestingly, can find very little info on 'foulia' so am thinking these are dried broad beans (the Arabic word being 'foul')....

These are delicious - they taste nearly as good as the ones that my parents grow in their orchard. Even my 3 year old loves them. The bonus is that you eat less as you have to get them out of the shells!...
