Spelt Flour Wholemeal

I mix the wholemeal and plain spelt flour 50/50 and the bread is often gone before it is cool. My wife is wheat intolerant but can eat this product in small amounts so I now only use spelt flour and this is the best. N.B. It is not Gluten free and if you have intolerances to wheat or gluten you need to exercise care.
