Very disappointed, I've been making the same 1Kg cobb loaf for the last twelve months with Lauke's or Defiance Bread four and every time perfect rise, perfect texture and perfect crust..
I tried the 5kg bread and roll flour twice..

Bad proving,texture, discoloration and bad rise.

Used my same recipe, mixed the dough in bread machine, knock down and knead for three minutes. What's the difference?...

This is a lovely rich flavoured tea with a great aroma - FYI I drink it black & sugarless. Everyone I've served it to has enjoyed it. Love the fragrance of the leaves, even before it is brewed....

My husband roasts his own coffee and we found this raw coffee is brilliant. The flavours he gets out of these beans are exceptional. Great value for money....

Best ginger power i've ever used. Extremely fresh and aromatic, can even use it to make ginger tea.
