When I first started ordering from 2brothers 3 or 4 years ago, it was overnight delivery to Perth addresses. With each successive delivery the delivery has taken longer. It would be just as quick to order from the Eastern states now....

I use this sugar all the time, mostly for baking. Also mix with cocoa for homemade "milo". Seems to give the kids less of a sugar high than the other sugars and it's just as sweet. Love that I can order it online as it's not available from the little supermarket in our country town....

I also use the spelt wholemeal and plain 60/40 and it makes the best bread, and great for cooking with too. Love it!...

Very disappointed, I've been making the same 1Kg cobb loaf for the last twelve months with Lauke's or Defiance Bread four and every time perfect rise, perfect texture and perfect crust..
I tried the 5kg bread and roll flour twice..

Bad proving,texture, discoloration and bad rise.

Used my same recipe, mixed the dough in bread machine, knock down and knead for three minutes. What's the difference?...

This is a lovely rich flavoured tea with a great aroma - FYI I drink it black & sugarless. Everyone I've served it to has enjoyed it. Love the fragrance of the leaves, even before it is brewed....
