Almonds Meal

i love almond meal in my baking. i substitute some flour for almond meal in cake recipes for a moist cake. i also use almond meal and some herbs to coat fish. i am gluten and dairy intolerant so i use a lot of 'alternative' products. almond meal helps me to eat food that tastes 'normal' and delicious....

Apricots - Dried Diced

These apricots are the best, so convenient being all ready diced up for you. Fantastic stored in a glass jar in the pantry, these have become a staple for me ( whoops need to order some more)and easy added to sweet baked goods, sprinkled over salads, I even put them on top of my oatmeal in the morning, yum yum!...

Such a yummy treat, I love sitting at the end of a long day and treating myself to these Yoghurt Sultana's, so creamy and Moorish and the sultana inside gives it a extra little bit of sweetness I feel like im having a naughty treat but really there not that bad for me....

Coconut Flour Organic
