Lightly sprinkled over before frying, even the subprime cuts of beef taste delicious. It is an ingredient (~10% by weight) in my "secret" steak salt. And contrary to popular belief, it is not an allergen, and Germans consume about 3.6 kg/year of this stuff. Nobody knows why, though; I even used AI trying to find the reason but to no avail. BTW, this is not part of the review. This is some information for the 2brothers: the MSG full name is misspelt on your website, and the correct term is Monosodium glutamate (not glut*o*mate)....
