Coconut Flakes

These are absolutely delicious, with a lovely fresh coconut flavour. I use them gently toasted to make museli; and I also use them in baking. My husband throws them into curries and stews. These make spectacular baked slice toppings, as well as cake toppers. They are incredibly high in fibre, and keep for a long time in the pantry. Be aware that a kilo is a REALLY big bag ! But its amazing how many uses you can find for them. I’m back here for more, what can I say ?!
