Great value product.I use this flour in my pizza oven. I always get rave reviews for my pizza base! Just a tip though, use less water in your mix as it is less glutenous than normal wheat flour....

This is very good TVP! I sometimes notice funny smell from TVP but this one doens't smell. My family love this too!...

I always have double my order of this. Its so moorish. That warm peppery flavour gets me every time. I get sea sick in a bath but love going out fishing. I find taking this to nibble on helps a lot with sea sickness. Could be just me tho !...
