Bread And Roll Mix

Love this stuff. Mix it 50:50 with atta flour as I love the taste.

Very disappointed, I've been making the same 1Kg cobb loaf for the last twelve months with Lauke's or Defiance Bread four and every time perfect rise, perfect texture and perfect crust.. I tried the 5kg bread and roll flour twice.. Bad proving,texture, discoloration and bad rise. Used my same recipe, mixed the dough in bread machine, knock down and knead for three minutes. What's the difference?...

This product is far too high in salt for me (sodium 815mg) It actually taints the taste of the bread I have now twice made with it....
