Very disappointed, I've been making the same 1Kg cobb loaf for the last twelve months with Lauke's or Defiance Bread four and every time perfect rise, perfect texture and perfect crust..
I tried the 5kg bread and roll flour twice..
Bad proving,texture, discoloration and bad rise.
Used my same recipe, mixed the dough in bread machine, knock down and knead for three minutes. What's the difference?
