this is a great product. I add it to regular mince for my meat eating sons' bolognese or rissoles or shepherd's pie. They have never noticed a difference. I eat it as a mince substitute and it has exactly the same texture as mince and tast.es great...

This is the BEST tvp I've ever bought in Australia! Proper sized pieces, absorbs flavour, easy to use and my meat eating hubby (traitor!) prefers it!...
