Our hazelnuts are scrumptious! They have a creamy, sweet taste to them with a crunchy texture once you bite into them. Oh and their smell… one word: Nutella. They’re a great natural snack and a wonderful ingredient in recipes for baking, sweet and savoury recipes.
When it comes to cooking, hazelnuts have you covered in many areas. They can be cooked with vegetables including carrots, beans and cauliflower; slotted into salads and coleslaws and included in risottos and pasta dishes. They’re great for cakes, cookies and biscuits too.
Why not try a couple of these dishes with our roasted hazelnuts: chocolate and roasted hazelnut caramel slice, carrots with balsamic glaze and roasted hazelnuts or asparagus, feta and roasted hazelnut salsa. Delicious.
