Almonds Meal

i love almond meal in my baking. i substitute some flour for almond meal in cake recipes for a moist cake. i also use almond meal and some herbs to coat fish. i am gluten and dairy intolerant so i use a lot of 'alternative' products. almond meal helps me to eat food that tastes 'normal' and delicious.
