Hi, I am a first time buyer and was pleased to be able to purchase a Rye flour without it having to be a combined product - that is, Sour Dough Rye and similar mixes. I was searching for the Rye Flour as my wife can only eat Rye Bread because of Dietary restrictions. The Rye Bread I made from your Flours has produced one of the finest Breads that I have produced at home - congratulations and I shall continue using your products.
