Mixed Peel

First and foremost, I chose this product because it is Australian produce! The quality of this mixed peel is second to none - zesty and sweet with a good moisture content (not too dry, or not too gloopy). It's perfect for my weekly fruit bread baking, and will be very well utilised in my upcoming fruit mince tart making come the yuletide season. Thanks to 2 Bros.
