Carob Coated Ginger

I've always loved Carob and lately have had to reduce my dark chocolate consumption, so these little treats are a perfect substitute treat. The ginger gives me the kick I need, while the carob is a lovely addition to the whole yummy experience of indulging myself in something that's a health food as well!
