Our Belgian white chocolate has a delicate, ivory-like colour, which it gets from the cocoa butter, also giving it that suave, subtle taste. We find it compliments dark chocolate desserts and bolder flavours really well. Alternatively, you can melt it over some fruit, add to a grazing table or eat it on its own!
Be careful, it really does melt in your mouth.
