- Model: Produce of Indonesia
Indonesia is currently the fourth largest producer of coffee in the world. This special coffee comes from the Gayo highlands in Central Aceh, where the crop is organically grown without fertilisers and is widely known as “green beans” for being environmentally friendly.
Indonesian coffee beans tend to have a dark and bold flavour profile, with a prominent earthiness. The semi-wash process creates tasting notes ranging from earthy, mustiness, spice, wood, tobacco and leather. They often have a long-lasting finish that feels like unsweetened or dark cocoa
The Gayo coffee we supply is grown around an area names Takengon, on the slopes of shaded mountains
Cup Notes:
Sweet fragrance of green, caramel, bittersweet cup, great chocolate notes, light earthy notes balanced with heavy body, very intense creamy body, spice and sweetness combined, some elegant fruit notes.
Try it in your cup for a full-bodied experience.
