Bango kecap manis is a thick, sweet, rich, syrupy Indonesian version of soy sauce containing sugar and spices. It's similar to soy sauce but sweeter.
Kecap Manis is sweet and heavy with taste making it a great sauce for cooking and topping your meals. It has the consistency resembling maple syrup. Try using it in one of your next marinades or asian inspired dishes.
Alternatively - you can drizzle if over some pan fried toast, or over your scrambled eggs, even on your avocado and toast! It adds a great unique flavour to spice up your meal
