How we use our japanese curry mix is…
Step one: Slice up some brown onion and place into a saucepan with olive oil
Step two: Once the onion is golden, add in some diced potato’s and sliced carrots to cook for a minute (you can add in some additional veggies or meat of your choice too)
Step three: Pour in some boiling water so it’s almost covering your vegetables and cook for a further 5 minutes
Step four: Add in your Japanese curry mix and let it melt into the water
Step five: Once cooked and sauce is at your preferred consistency - serve up with some rice! Yummy
