Macadamia nuts have a rich, buttery flavour. Roasting or salting the nuts draws out their natural, subtle sweetness and creamy texture. Our roasted macadamias are a mouth watering snack you can either enjoy on their own, mixed into a handful of dried fruit or other nuts, or why not even add in some chocolate chips!
Because macadamias are grown in tropical climates, their flavour profile pairs well with lemon, coffee, and coconut. Personally, we love them in desserts like: Macadamia nut fudge, macadamia and coffee cake, macadamia and coconut caramels and last but not least, white chocolate macadamia cookies.
