Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, and a pinch of salt.
2. Process until smooth, adding water gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or lemon juice if needed.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with a little extra olive oil, and serve with your favourite accompaniments like pita bread, crackers, or veggie sticks.
