Thai green curry is a spicier curry option, but using the Mae Ploy Green Curry Paste is only moderately spicy - so don’t be scared it’ll burn your brains off! If you prefer your dishes to very VERY spicy, just add more chilli!
Mae Ploy green curry paste is a pleasing blend of lemon grass, onion, green chilli, garlic, kaffir lime leaves and other exotic spices. It’s normally used with coconut milk for preparing your curry sauce. It goes perfect with any Thai dish you’re thinking of making that involves vegetables and meat.
Mae Ploy curry paste also doesn't contain MSG, preservatives and artificial colourings which is great news for us all.
