How to Make the Perfect Basmati Rice:

1 cup Rice to 1.5 cups of Water

Place water and rice in saucepan;
Bring to simmer on medium high without the lid;
When entire surface is bubbly place the lid on, turn down to medium low and cook 12 minutes;
Remove from stove and rest 10 minutes;
Fluff and then Serve!
