Great value product.I use this flour in my pizza oven. I always get rave reviews for my pizza base! Just a tip though, use less water in your mix as it is less glutenous than normal wheat flour....

I mix the wholemeal and plain spelt flour 50/50 and the bread is often gone before it is cool. My wife is wheat intolerant but can eat this product in small amounts so I now only use spelt flour and this is the best. N.B. It is not Gluten free and if you have intolerances to wheat or gluten you need to exercise care....

If, like us, you are on a wheat free diet, you'll know Spelt products cost a fortune in the supermarkets. Not only is the 2Brothers Foods price fantastic, but this flour has the finest texture of any Spelt flour we have tried. It is, by far, the best wheat free baking flour substitute. Try it. You won't be disappointed....

Spelt flour is the best flour for people with irritable bowel as it is easier to process, unfortunately it is often expensive and comes in small quantities. We have been getting the spelt flour through 2 brothers for a while now and it is the cheapest I have found and you can buy it in 5kg lots which is excellent! Just a tip, put in approx 30grams extra than recipe with normal flour calls for to make sure it is not too runny and no one (including husband and kids) will tell the difference...
